But the Bible reminds us that what we say—whether online or in person—matters. How we talk about others and ourselves is important, and it all starts with what’s inside our hearts. So where do you need to rethink what you say online? What things are you dealing with inside that need to stop showing up on your newsfeed? What do you need to do to become the person you want to be—not the person you want everyone to think you are?
Session 2: Likes (February 19)
We all have an image we want to project. We want to be seen a certain way. It’s why we post our best pictures and make sure everyone knows the great plans we have for Friday night. But what if we’re focusing on the wrong things? What if the reality of our daily life is just as important—and even more important—than the glimpses we let people see? What if what’s going on inside is more important than what we show everyone from the outside?
