FAQs
Can my preschooler attend?
Yes! While the event is specifically geared towards students in grades K-6, we love having younger children be a part of the experience. Given the specific needs of these younger students, we do ask that a parent stay with them.
Can I stay for the event?
ABSOLUTELY! We want parents to know everything their kids are learning at our events, so we welcome you to stay and participate with your child.
For grades kindergarten and up, this isn’t required, but you are welcome.
What do you do about food allergies?
At the end of each night, we will serve a snack. Since this isn’t a core part of the event, some students may choose to leave at this time and may refuse the snack. However, if you let us know at registration that your child has food allergies, we will try to accomodate as best as we can.
We already have a church. Can we attend this?
Yes! We like to think of this as a community event and invite any and all students, regardless of church affiliation or background.
Is this a VBS?
Many churches do a VBS (Vacation Bible School), so that’s the first thing people think of when they hear about our Kids’ Adventures.
However, Jungle Jams will differ from a VBS in many ways. Jungle Jams is a high energy, interactive event for kids and their families. All ages will stay together for the duration of the event and it is largely stage focused.
If you come expecting a traditional VBS, you will be surprised by this event, but we’re sure you’ll love it!
