Weight Challenge

Come join our 42-day summer weight loss challenge, starting Sunday, July 6th and ending Sunday, August 17th.  Scales will be located in the church kitchen. Here are the details:

1. Pick an envelope and write a four digit number on the outside that only you will know.
2. Step on the scale.
3. Take out the card from the envelope and write your starting weight.
4. Each Sunday weigh in and write your current weight and
track your pounds lost.

No one will see your information.  Only you will see the scales and we trust that everyone will be honest.  We will tally the total weight loss each week and keep a group total.

Things to help along the way:
1. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables
2. Exercise daily
3. Drink 8 glasses of water everyday
4. Spend time in prayer
